To join together worldwide as a Network of worshiping ministers who possess an
Apostolic and Prophetic understanding of worship, intercession and the Word of
God, knowing that the highest calling and priority in our lives as sons of God
is to love Him and worship Him in order to be able to serve Him and be witnesses
of the establishing of the Kingdom of God in the un-reached nations of the

INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF WORSHIPERS
“BRINGING UP THE ARK”
VISION
To convene from all nations of the earth worshipers who long to worship the Father in Spirit and in truth, so that they may be equipped in an apostolic and prophetic dimension of worship, that together we may contemplate His glory while he touches and transforms us, and permits His presence to produce in our intimate and public worship celebrations, fruit for healing and salvation of the nations of the earth.
MISSION
The International Congress of Worshipers, Bringing Up the Ark, from Colombia, South America, has as its purpose to extend its vision to every place on earth where the saints desire to be involved in the process of being equipped at an apostolic and prophetic level and as worshipers with purpose.
NIGHTS OF CELEBRATION
VISION
To celebrate and exalt the Lord as the Body of Christ, provoke an impact in the spiritual and in the natural over cities through worship, as a prophetic strategy and in conjunction with churches without denominational distinctions.
MISSION
The Nights of Celebration are celebrations of exaltation and intercession held the same day, at the same time, and with the same purpose in different congregations of Colombia and in the world, producing a chain reaction upon flowing prophetically in our worship and intercession, for we believe that as we worship Him as one Body, God will bring: salvation, healing, liberty; He will make war on our behalf; He will bring unity to the Body of Christ; He will produce a great harvest of peoples, for many shall see and fear and trust in the Lord, and He, among many other things, will open the heavens over our nation and will bless us.
24-HOUR WORSHIP CELEBRATIONS
(TABERNACLE OF DAVID)
VISION
To join together to love, worship and cry out to God for Him to heal our land, coming before Him humbled and surrendered in uninterrupted 24-hour celebrations, and upon being in His presence, see how He opens the heavens and thus prepares a way for the manifestation of His glory among the nations.
MISSION
The 24-Hour Worship Celebrations are days in which Jesus is the center of our worship and the Holy Spirit is poured out without measure. The purpose is to remain together in worship for periods of 24 hours as in the people of God did in antiquity in the Tabernacle of David.”
YOUTH CRUSADES (A generation with purpose)
VISION
To equip and train young people who meet Jesus as Lord and Savior through crusades where prophetic worship and intercession, added to the foundation and power of the Scriptures, will permit us to reach a generation of youth who have not heard the message of the gospel.
MISSION
The youth crusades will mobilize through apostolic teams, providing millions of youth in our nation and other nations training in urban, rural and trans-cultural missions, besides a scriptural foundation which allows them to reach out with the message of the gospel to thousands of other youth and transform their surroundings.
OTHER EVENTS
Taking advantage of the invitations made to us on a personal, ministerial and congregational level, we share this entire VISION which God has given us so that God may permit us to continue joining together strategically with other ministries through which He is moving on a worldwide level.
TRAINING
“CRESCENDO” SCHOOL OF WORSHIPERS WITH PURPOSE
In addition to the events which permit us to touch different parts of the world we have seen the need of continuing a process after each one of those events, providing permanent and ongoing training for all those who long for a Scriptural/Biblical education as worshipers and for the diverse expressions of Scriptural/Biblical worship. For all of the foregoing reasons and in accord with our educational vocation, Crescendo is the spinal column of the Global Worshipers’ Network.
VISION
Our vision is to establish the biblical foundation of the true worshiper, his character, his diverse expressions and purpose; to retake the responsibility of the missionary call, with the only end being that Jesus be lifted up in our practice of the Christian life, so that the world may believe.
MISSION
The Crescendo School of Worshipers with Purpose, from Colombia, South America, in its educational vocation has as its mission to Establish a network of schools of worship that functions in different countries as centers of training and growth of the vision; to Develop processes of biblical-technical equipping with a missionary perspective for worshipers, and to Orient its vision, mission and objectives with criteria of excellence and strategic planning which permit its long-range functioning, advance and growth.
PUBLICATIONS
Within what God has allowed us to accomplish we count different publications which constitute another tool to reach millions of persons.
· Audios and videos of teachings from our congresses (Bringing up the Ark) and schools (Crescendo), besides a number of series shared in other seminars and in our congregation.
· Recorded productions of prophetic praise and worship used to support trans-cultural missions in the world through revenues we receive from their sale.
· Bulletin for worshipers with information about the apostolic and prophetic move of God worldwide as it affects prophetic worship and intercession.
· Worshiper. A magazine by worshipers to equip and inform prophetic people about the lifestyle of the worshiper and the purpose of his/her expressions of worship.
DISSEMINATION
Utilizing the different communications media and technology within our reach, we aspire, through radio, television, Internet and every kind of publication, to reach a good part of the world which we could not reach through any other means. It is for this reason that we have been broadcasting a radio program for many years called “Passion for His Presence,” a fervent longing to meet with God in His Word every day. In our plans is to begin before two years our radio and television program called “Praise, Worship and Glory.”
MINISTRIES NETWORKING TOGETHER / STRATEGIC ALLIANCES
We are convinced that Jesus’ dream in John 17 has to do with joining together strategically as one and doing the works of God. It is for this reason that God allows us to form strategic alliances called by God to an apostolic and prophetic ministry in order to have a greater impact and radius of action in the nations of the earth.
As part of these strategic alliances, the Global Worshipers’ Network functions through a particular vision and identification with other ministries which support us and permit us to expand, which we also achieve with other growing ministries that need our support. Susana Hernández
Randy was born in Norfolk, Virginia, USA. He was raised in the First Presbyterian Church where his grandfather was pastor for 25 years and his father an elder.
In 1971 the Lord Jesus Christ appeared to him in a vision and called him to the ministry of prophet through the audible voice of the Spirit of God. In 1975 he graduated from the University of Jacksonville, Florida, and in that same year married Marcela Arboleda.
Randy is the founder of Mission South America and the Senior Pastor of the Christian Community of Faith Church of Cali, Colombia. Apostle, prophet and teacher of the Word of God, his ministry has blessed nations such as Venezuela, Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, El Salvador and the United States, among others.
Among his publications are: How to Be Led by the Holy Spirit, The Five Ministries of Jesus Christ, The Gifts of the Holy Spirit, The Fundamentals of the Local Church, Laws of Prosperity, Biblical Meditation, Conquering the 33 Kings of Canaan, and a series on Spiritual Warfare.
His ministry has been
known as a prophetic voice of God to the nations.

Born in New York to Colombian parents, she has lived in Cali since the age of 12. During the Charismatic Renewal of the Catholic Church, Marcela had a personal encounter with Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit in 1973. That same year she traveled to the United States to enroll at Jacksonville University, where she met her husband, Randy, with whom she married, receiving later her university degree as a teacher in Primary and Preschool Education.
Since 1976 Randy and Marcela have lived in Cali where their children, Sarah and John Michael, were born. She is co-founder of the Christian Community of Faith Church of Cali and of Mission South America, which is directed by Randy.
Marcela and her husband are recognized as apostles and prophets to the nation of Colombia. She is a teacher and director of the worship ministry, according to the apostolic and prophetic call which God gave her. Marcela teaches at conferences for women, pastors and leaders, worship teams and the Body of Christ in Latin America and North America.
...have been our pastors for more than five years and a continuous support of this Vision of the Global Worshipers’ Network, which flows out of Christian Community of Faith (North Bogotá location), where they are senior pastors. At the same time Pastors Eduardo and Liz are conference speakers and teachers of the Worship Congress “Bringing up the Ark” and the Crescendo School of Worshipers. God has called them to an apostolic ministry which they fulfill along with their pastoral role in the city of Bogotá, which is their congregational base.
Walter Rumierk is director of worship and member of the ministry team which directs the Christian Community of Faith Church in North Bogotá. For more than 14 years he has been part of teams commissioned to impact churches in Colombia and other nations, taking an apostolic flow in the area of Worship and Praise, characteristic seal of the ministry of Christian Community of Faith churches worldwide. He is in actuality the director of the events called “Bringing Up the Ark,” born in the bosom of the vision given by God, regarding the necessary reform needed by the church in general before entering a greater dimension of warfare, conquest and manifestation of the order of the Kingdom of God in the church and the nation.
God is raising up faithful and loyal men and women for this purpose, who persevere in holiness and humility, full of the Spirit, with sensitivity and understanding to open the doors to the river of God.
I have watched Walter closely and have walked with him, both as pastor and friend. I had the privilege of establishing him as a full-time pastor/elder of our congregation some five years ago, and I can say that he is a man impassioned by the Presence of God, who spends hours in intimacy with the Lord, who tries to live his life with the greatest integrity possible according to grace, and who is committed to taking a river of praise to the ends of the earth.
I have encouraged, supported and assisted in the process of his ministerial growth outside the local congregation, conforming the Global Worshipers’ Network, because I know the plan of God for his life and I also know his character, proved in the crucible of love for the flock and unavoidable pressure of the pastoral ministry, things necessary for every approved worker and in which he perseveres to this day.
Eduardo Del Castillo, Senior Pastor, Christian Community of Faith Church, North Bogotá
José Rueda is presently,
with his wife Ruth and their children, part of the Team of servants of the
Christian Community of Faith Church, North Bogotá.
He was born in a Christian home and has served the Lord for more than 15 years; for the last 8 years God has taken him into different parts of Colombia ministering the presence of the Lord in a prophetic flow of worship and teaching the Word in different areas, with emphasis on the character of the man of God and the worshiper after His heart, biblical worship and the planting of a school of worshipers.
He is presently part of the team of the Global Worshipers’ Network and Director of the Crescendo School of Worshipers with Purpose, which has as objective the education of the minister of God, not only in expression but also in character, and who will then be sent out as a planter of schools and edifier of the Body.
Along with his wife Ruth and their sons Hannah and Timothy, God has called them to an apostolic ministry of worship and teaching of the Word and the extension of the Kingdom of God among the nations of the earth.
Part of the vision to which God has called them in the area of worship is the planting of Schools of Worship for worship and praise teams, besides a children’s school of worshipers with purpose, which facilitates a new generation of worshipers being raised up in the nations of the earth, building an Altar of Worship in every place where God takes them and at the same time giving testimony of the character of Christ in their hearts. Thus it is that the Crescendo school opened in the city of Bogotá with the purpose of serving and training worshipers who believe in the unity of the Kingdom of God.’
José has to his credit a musical production recorded a few years ago titled “The Time of the Song.” He currently has in production a CD with a missionary purpose to support a work being done in Liberia, Africa, and a production of worship and praise with Pastor Walter Rumierk, works which will be presented in the final months of this year.
Our intention is to bless the Body of Christ, thus a great part of our vision is to reach different places and plant schools of worship with purpose.
Conference Speaker and Psalmist. Known in many places as “the Flautist” for the prophetic anointing which God has conferred upon her as a minstrel. Born in a Jewish home in New York and reborn in Jesus the Messiah. Received B.A. degree in English/American and Spanish Literature from the University of California at San Diego, Bachelor of Theology degree from Living Word Bible College, and graduated fro the Living Word Institute of Worship in Pasadena, California. Sent to Cali, Colombia, as a missionary from Living Waters Christian Fellowship in Pasadena, California, in 1986, and called to carry the message of prophetic worship to the nations, preparing the people of God for His coming. Composer of many songs born of her intimacy with the Lord, such as Quién como Tú (Who Is Like You?), Señor de las Huestes (Lord of Hosts), El celo de tu casa (The Zeal of Your House), No seré vencido (I’ll Not Be Defeated), El ojo de la aguja (The Eye of the Needle) and Alto y sublime (High and Lifted Up). In 2003 she produced her fifth recording and second “solo” of her compositions in Spanish entitled Cerca de Ti, Señor (Close to You, Lord). Plans exist to record this production in English as well. Susana serves the Lord with Mission South America in publications, teaching, and worship ministry. She is currently representative of the Global Worshipers’ Network for the Atlantic Coast of Colombia and logistical coordinator the English-speaking area. Her vision is to bring revival to Colombia through raising up altars of worship and intercession where Jesus’ Body unites in humility and repentance (2 Samuel 24:24-25). Susana married Norman Hernandez, a Colombia, in1992, and resides in Cartagena with him and their daughter, Debora Ruth.
