The upward call being the spiritual Formation - living holy, accepting His grace and becoming like Him. The Journey Upward (Phil 3:12-14) The whole person in relationship with God, within the community of believers, growing in Christ likeness.  She spoke of "Finding the Path", Hearing the Word, being made new in your attitude, being filled with the Spirit Finding the Resources for the Journey Knowing how to pray and meditate on the Scripture, keeping a journal of what the Spirit teaches you.
The Outward Call - Appropriating His grace to love and serve others, Finding companions on the way, finding a local church, a Cell group.  Finding ways to serve others on your journey.

Vicki Winlder spoke on "A life of service to other"  Preparation for service, The most valuable gift you can give another is a good example. God takes life's pieces and give us unbroken peace. She showed slides on the "Heart" work in Kenya, both in education and medical supplies to combat the Aids epidemic.  She also spoke of losing her husband Ken and their last days together.  she had us all in tears.

Candice Shields held a workshop on "Restoring in the Spirit of Meekness".  I also held a workshop on "Teaching and Counseling in love".   Kristeen Bandelin spoke on serving one another in Love, and Judy Morris spoke on her ministry with Moses House.

Some of us went swimming on Friday afternoon and other took walks or naps during the recreation time. A bunch of the girls got together on Friday night, after in the service,  in Ida and Tammy's room for some fellowship.  We shared our snacks and had a great time building relationships.

We saw a real bear outside the dinning room on Saturday morning, some girls were taking pictures of it. (we will post them as soon as we can find them.)
