Dear Cindy,
I have received an urgent request from someone in a high
level position within the US Government. The bulletin I
am quoting from has been sent to several ministries asking
for prayer - Aglow being one such ministry.
There is currently a lot of significant “chatter” in
relation to Osama bin Laden planning to carry out new,
more destructive attacks inside the United States. There
is someone working on this terror plot currently in the
US, according to Hamid Mir, the Pakistani journalist who
obtained the only post 9/11 interviews with bin Laden and
Ayman al-Zawahiri.
In an interview quoted on the website of the Al Arabiya
television network, Mir spoke about his last trip to
Afghanistan and his meeting with al-Qaeda members and
Taliban leaders.
In his interview, Mir said that the al-Qaeda and Taliban
fighters referred to attacks targeting the US-led
coalition forces during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan,
which begins on September 24. He also said that the
al-Qaeda leader, Osama bin Laden, was in good health
during a meeting he had recently with the Taliban leader,
Mullah Mohammed Omar.
Mir also said that bin Laden has assigned a man named Adan
Al Shukri Juma to carry out a new attack within the US
which is intended to be larger than the September 11
attacks. Explosives and nuclear materials have been
smuggled into the US through the Mexican border over the
last two years and are hiding in a location that the FBI
has not been able to discover.
I am asking Aglow women and men to significantly
step up your prayer activity in relation to these terror
threats against our nation. It truly is a time when
there is much taking place in the Spirit realm. God is on
His throne and He is speaking, so let us be persistent in
agreeing with heaven for the battle before us.
Another urgent alert for you…
On Wednesday, September 20, Christians and Jews are
gathering at the UN in New York City to take a stand in
peaceful protest against the opportunity that the
President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, has been given to
spew out his message of anti-Semitic, anti-Western and
anti-American viewpoints right within the borders of our
own nation.
As Americans, as believers, as lovers of Israel and the
Jewish people, we cannot let this evil voice come into our
nation unchallenged. If you can possibly be in New York
City on Wednesday, September 20, please take part as
Christian and Jews stand together in solidarity. If you
cannot be there, please consider setting aside the time
between noon and 2 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time to
pray that the voice of God will be stronger than the voice
of evil.
In my conversation with Robert Stearns of Eagles Wings
this morning, he reported that there will be hundreds of
signs created for those in attendance to pick up at the
event.
The time is from 12 noon until
approximately 2PM.
The location is United Nations building.
Gather at the plaza at 47th and 2nd.
