South AmericaColombian guerrilla fighters have declared war on
priests and pastors, saying the ministers are doing damage to the "revolution"
because too many guerrilleros have traded rifles for Bibles! Pray for
protection for the Lord's workers and continued moving of the Holy Spirit among
the guerrilleros!

This is Robbie from Texas. Get ready
to praise the Lord. Sarah and Thomas are working on reconciliation.
He started calling her and then they started seeing each other. Last Sunday they
went to church together and they have an appointment for counseling. It has been
an amazing turnaround. They still have some work ahead of them but I believe God
has brought them this far and He will take them the rest of the way. Thank you
so much for standing in the gap with me for the reconciliation of their
marriage. To God be all the glory and honor. Thank you for being faithful to
pray for someone you didn't even know. God has been so good to provide wonderful
prayer partners for me as I went through this for the last 15 months. It has
been a comfort to my heart to know that others were praying also. Thank you
Thank you and Praise God whose mercies are new each day.

This is Robbie from Texas. I just wanted to give you and
update on daughter and son-in-law. Her heart has softened some and she is not as
angry as she was. She still gets sad because she still loves him very much but
she has given up hope of them reconciling - BUT I HAVEN'T! Pray that his heart
will soften and the love that he had for her will become strong again. Pray that
both of them will turn to God. Pray for God's mercy over them. I can't tell you
how much I appreciate your prayers. Thanks for hanging in there with me. Bless
you.

This is Robbie from Texas. Greetings in the sweet name of
Jesus. Please continue to pray for my daughter and son-in-law. They have been
separated nearly one year and their 2nd wedding anniversary is coming up on June
6th. No court date is set for the divorce but there hasn't been any forward
progress towards reconciliation either. I continue to trust in God's promises
that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us and we have what we
ask of him. Pray that Sarah and Thomas will humble themselves before God and
seek forgiveness from him and from each other. These two just really need to
get on with reconciliation. Pray for God's mercy on us and that my faith will
increase and not falter when the bad stuff happens. I greatly desire your
continued prayers. Thank you so very much.

This is Robbie from Texas. Please continue to pray for my
daughter and son-in-law that God will do a work in their hearts to bring about
genuine repentance and reconciliation of their marriage. Pray for a hedge of
protection around both of them. They are both acting like a couple of 14 yr.
olds. Right now it looks impossible by man's standards but I am trusting in
God, not man. I greatly desire your continued prayers for them and for me. It
is the prayers of God's people that have sustained me this last 10 months. I
need wisdom and strength. Thank you more than I can possibly say.

URGENT NEWS - Pastor Rodrigo Loaiza, one of the
leaders of Comunidad Cristiana de Fe, Cali, and friend and colleague of many
years, was shot and killed, fired upon by thieves trying to steal his son's
motorcycle. This cowardly act of violence follows closely after
the all-night prayer vigil of last Thursday, in which apostles Randy and Marcy
MacMillan, Rodrigo's pastors and mentors of so many years, had an important
part. The enemy in his fury struck from the rear, a blow from the dragon's
tail. As one of the prophets of Colombia has declared, Rodrigo is another seed
that has fallen into the ground, but the Lord will bring forth much glory and
good. Rodrigo is survived by his wife Rosario and two sons of university
age.

Please pray for my son who has been falsely
accused of misconduct.
Pray an investigation will clear his name.
Pray the accuser will find God.
Please pass this to any who will pray.
God bless all who pray.

This is Robbie from Texas again. You probably know me by now. I come to you
again to ask you to continue to pray for my daughter and son-in-law that God
will work in their hearts to bring about genuine repentance and reconciliation
of their marriage. I can't see anything positive happening and I get
discouraged. I know God is in control but I want to hurry Him up. I need
patience and wisdom. I appreciate your prayers so much and I humbly ask you to
keep on praying for us and to pray especially for a hedge of protection around
them as we wait on God.
Because He Lives,
Robbie

Update from Texas...
This is Robbie from Texas. I had asked you to pray for my daughter and
son-in-law that God would do a work in their hearts to bring about genuine
repentance and reconciliation of their marriage. Nothing much has changed.
They only talk if they have to but there has been no movement towards divorce.
They have been separated 8 months now. Sarah loves Thomas very much and I know
she wants reconciliation. Her heart is far from God though as I believe she
feels He has abandoned her too. I praise the Lord that she is doing very well
in college though- much better than she ever did in high school. They have a
precious daughter who needs both her mom and dad together. Thomas is a good man
and this behavior is out of place for him. I greatly desire your continued
prayers for them that both of them will turn to God and will seek
reconciliation. Thank you so very much.

From: CH (CPT) Lyle Shackelford
Battalion Chaplain
HHD, 57th Transportation Battalion
"Keep 'Em Moving"
I have an urgent request for prayer. Your prayers can make a difference. I am an
Army Baptist Chaplain in Iraq. I'm am sure you will be moved by this request
even if you do not personally know anyone involved. Thank you in advance for
your faithful prayers in this matter.
As a transportation battalion, my unit will be delivering the voting machines
and the ballots to villages and cities throughout Iraq during the upcoming
elections. (January 30/31) Our convoys are prime targets for the insurgents
because they do not want the equipment to arrive at the polling stations nor do
they want the local Iraqi citizens to have the chance to vote; timely delivery
must occur so that the elections occur. Encourage your friends and family
members and those within our churches to pray specifically for the electoral
process. Historically, the previous totalitarian regime would not allow
individual citizens to vote. Democracy will not be realized in Iraq if
intelligent and competent officials are not elected to those strategic
leadership positions within the emerging government; freedom will not have an
opportunity to ring throughout this country if the voting process fails.
Announce this prayer request to your contacts throughout your churches,
neighborhoods, and places of business. Those with leadership roles within the
local church post this message in as many newsletters and bulletins as possible.
There is unlimited potential for God's presence in this process but if we do not
pray then our enemy will prevail (See Ephesians 6:10-17) A prayer vigil prior to
the end of the month may be an innovative opportunity for those within your
sphere of influence to pray. This is a political battle that needs spiritual
intervention. A powerful story about God's intervention in the lives of David's
mighty men is recorded in 2 Samuel 23:8-33. David and his warriors were
victorious because of God's intervention. We want to overcome those who would
stand in the way of freedom. David's mighty men triumphed over incredible odds
and stood their ground and were victorious over the enemies of Israel. (Iraqi
insurgents' vs God's praying people). They don't stand a chance.
I will pray with my soldiers before they leave on their convoys and move outside
our installation gates here at Tallil. My soldiers are at the nerve center of
the logistic operation to deliver the voting machines and election ballots. They
will be driving to and entering the arena of the enemy. This is not a game for
them it is a historical mission that is extremely dangerous. No voting machines
or ballots. No elections. Your prayer support and God's intervention are needed
to give democracy a chance in this war torn country. Thank you for reading this
e-mail. Please give this e-mail a wide dissemination.
Thank you for your prayer support for me and my family. Stand firm in your
battles.
Blessings,
CH (CPT) Lyle Shackelford

Update from Texas...
This is Robbie from Texas. I had asked prayer for my daughter and son-in-law
that God would do a work in both of their hearts to bring about repentance and
reconciliation of their marriage. I can't see that there has been any progress
but I continue to trust God and wait on him. Sarah and Thomas both need to get
their hearts right with God and line up with his will. I greatly desire your
continued prayers for them and for me also. Thank you so much.
